Meet the Midwest team

Now that you all have an idea of who works in our Atlanta office. It’s time for us to introduce you to the Midwest team. The Midwestern Tranzlogix team features our Program Director Sandra Bastow, our CFO and General Counsel Chris McClurg, and last but not least our Consultant Ananth Submramanian. This dynamic and very experienced group works as a strong backbone to our company.

Sandra is our Chicago based Program Director for the ELD Marketplace and Alexa Voice Assistant projects. She has more than 25 years of IT experience  including CTO / SVP  roles in Financial Services, and Manufacturing.  Sandra enjoys assisting with Tranzlogix‘s strategic initiatives and the challenges they present in helping to transform the Transportation Logistics industry. In her free time Sandra loves travelling and seeing new places and has visited more than 50 countries, so far. She also likes to stay fit and is training for her 9th Marathon.

Christopher C. McClurg, Esq., CFO and General Counsel, oversees all accounting, finance, personnel, and legal matters for Tranzlogix. Chris has extensive experience in these core areas, and brings over 20 years of experience in accounting processes and controls, corporate and managerial reporting, corporate governance, and human capital management. Chris has multiple degrees from The Ohio State University, Emory University, and Louisiana State University. In his role as Senior Accountant, Chris led several IPO’s, mergers, acquisitions, and other complex business transactions. He later went on to be CFO of a successful technology startup and a publicly traded commercial bank (First Guaranty Bank). Chris was Honorably Discharged from the United States Army where he served at Ft. Bragg, N.C. from 1987-1989. Mr. McClurg is married and enjoys fishing, hunting, drag-racing, coaching youth football, and competitive BBQ.

Ananth Subramanian is a University Of Technology, Sydney, Australia alumni, certified data scientist from Harvard and an entrepreneur. He ran his Software consulting business successfully for 23 years in Finance and supply chain management for Financial institutions, Health, Logistics, Education and Government sectors. At Tranzlogix he is bringing over his consulting domain expertise and investments. He loves business concept and approach in Tranzlogix. He is a loving father to 2 beautiful girls, and husband to his beautiful wife. He loves to travel across the globe with his daughters and wife.
